Our focus is to help you move well for as long as possible. Your goal might be to get leaner, move faster, be stronger or to lose weight, or all of the above! If you are able to move better for longer, that will help you achieve your goals.
In our small group training classes, we aim to make it fun while challenging you to move better and get fitter.
In personal training, we can create your individualised fitness plan. With mobile PT, we can even come to you!

We understand that life gets busy and sometimes it is hard to prioritise health and fitness.
Our head trainer, Jasmin, is a mum to two young children. She is just a normal mum who worked long hours in the corporate world. She knows what it's like to have children and the balancing act that follows trying to juggle children and work and everything else. She also knows how to fit in effective exercise and healthy eating.
There is no magic bullet, but Leap In! Fitness can help you find ways to lead a healthier lifestyle, fit in effective exercise, and challenge you to move better and feel stronger and fitter.
We understand that adopting new fitness habits is difficult and often times fails. Our goal is to help inform your view on fitness, so that it becomes a part of who you are and your lifestyle.
