Have your new year resolutions become a distant memory? Come and join us this March and April for our Autumn Kickstart Challenge! Let us help you reset and get you moving, feeling better and stronger. Our group will be no bigger than 8 people, ensuring that there will be plenty of attention on you to help you achieve your goals. Two one hour sessions each week for 4 weeks (before Term 1 school holidays begin and you are pulled back into chaos). Let's Leap In!
